Mariah Carey is facing a lipsyncing controversy following her performance of "Beautiful" on Sunday's BET Awards.

According to "TheWrap," after Mariah finished the performance with Miguel, Twitter started buzzing with lipsyncing accusations against the singer.  Fueling rumors is her husband Nick Cannon's interview with "E! News" that took place before the award show aired.

He told the site that Mariah is "a perfectionist," saying specifically that "everything you see is all her."

It's not the first time this year the diva has found herself under fire for allegedly using a backing track.  She was accused of lipsyncing at the live "American Idol" finale in May, and later made headlines for flubbing another live performance on "Good Morning America."

Mariah's new album The Art Of Letting Go is expected out sometime this year.
